Availability, Variations, Colors
Items may be available only in limited quantities, which Owner may not be able to restock. While every effort is made to remove discontinued items from the Site as rapidly as possible, on occasion, items may become unavailable prior to removal from the Site. As all Felix & Agatha items are individually constructed by hand, products are expected to have slight variations which make your specific item unique.

Owner has made every effort to have product colors displayed as accurately as possible. However, Owner cannot guarantee that the color display on your monitor will be accurate, as this is dependent on factors not controlled by Owner.

Inaccuracies
Owner strives to have the Site updated with the most accurate data and information at all times. However, there may be occasions when portions of the content of the Site may be incomplete or contain errors. Any inaccuracies are unintentional and Owner reserves the right to amend or update information at any time without prior notice. In the event that a pricing error occurs in you order, either based on information contained in the site or due to system malfunction, Owner reserves the right to refuse or cancel the order. If your credit card has been charged and Owner cancels the order, a credit in the amount of the payment received will be refunded to your card. If there has been an error, and the order is not canceled by Owner, we will contact you before proceeding.

Shipping Delays
While every effort is made to ship orders within ten (10) business days, Owner does not guarantee that products will always ship within this time frame. If your order will ship later than ten (10) business days after placement, Owner will contact you with the estimated shipping time. Should that estimated time exceed twenty-one (21) days, you will have the option to cancel the order.
