To place an order, browse the Felix & Agatha website; as you find items you like, simply click "Purchase" to add to your cart. You can change the quantities either as you add the items or in the shopping cart. When you are ready to complete your purchase, click" Cart" and then "Check Out" once all the items are as you would like.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover to make payment easy for you. Your card will be charged at the time of shipment.

Upon completion of your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail, along with a second e-mail with tracking information once your package has shipped.

Felix & Agatha is a Chicago-based company, therefore we are required to collect sales tax on all sales made to residents of Illinois. Sales tax will not be added to other Internet purchases.

Please note that all prices are in US dollars. For Canadian orders, currency exchanges are automatically calculated by your credit card company.

Felix & Agatha is happy to send your order to an alternate address or as a gift. Please include the information as requested when you check out. If the order is a gift, we will send a gift notice with the package and the receipt separately to your billing address.

While we take the highest care in handling your online purchases, if you are uncomfortable with that option, we would be happy to assist you with placing an order either via fax or post. Please contact us for further information.

Felix & Agatha ships via Fed Ex Ground in most circumstances. In the case of P.O. Boxes and some shipments outside of the continental US, we may ship USPS with tracking and delivery confirmation. Due to the individually constructed nature of Felix & Agatha products, please allow 7 - 10 business days for your order to ship; we will notify you as soon as possible of any delay. An e-mail with tracking details will be sent at the time of shipment. We currently ship to all US states and territories, APO/FPO, and Canada. Customers residing outside of the US are responsible for any and all fees associated with duties and other charges which maybe incurred for international shipments beyond the standard shipping & handling charge.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Felix & Agatha purchase. As such we will be happy to accept exchanges for store credit within 7 days of delivery. In order to make an exchange, you must contact us and receive a return confirmation number and detailed instructions prior to sending the item back. Additionally, items must be in new, unused condition, with all tags still attached.

Please note that as each item is individually constructed by hand, products are expected to have slight variations which make your specific item unique.
